As a senior citizen, I believe I was completely taken advantage of and sold a car I never wanted, and in any other circumstance would have never bought. I tried to return the car under the 3 day rule the very next day, but no one would discuss it with me. I was left sitting, completely ignored, in the office for over an hour. Now I am stuck with a car that does not meet my requirements. My 2 previous cars, both Sonata Limited's, were leased from Ontario Hyundai. But never again. I have learned my lesson. The people of Ontario Hyundai cannot be trusted to do what the customer wants. They are liars, crafty, and deceitful. I will NEVER PURCHASE OR LEASE ANOTHER CAR FROM ONTARIO HYUNDAI. Furthermore, I have no intention and every purchasing another Hyundai when my current lease is up. More
