Still waiting for one of the sales managers to call me back regarding the alarm on the 2025 Hyundai ELANTRA that I leased. I got a lot of misinformation when I leased this car., on July 4 spoke to him on back regarding the alarm on the 2025 Hyundai ELANTRA that I leased. I got a lot of misinformation when I leased this car., on July 4 spoke to him on July 17 said he would call me back the next day or my sales person would call me back in the next day and neither one of them did.. Also I feel I got coached by my sales person on how to answer my new car buying experience questions. Not too happy about how things played out. I should’ve waited longer to answer my initial survey regarding my experience at this dealership.. would like to have maybe the general manager contact me so we can discuss what happened. Thank you.
