This is the first time I’ve had a car salesman tell me I’m wasting their time (He must have been really busy). In 2019 I purchased a Subaru Ascent Touring model with tow package. The dealership sold me a model that had transmission software issues and no remedy! Due to the constant turnover of service center staf tow package. The dealership sold me a model that had transmission software issues and no remedy! Due to the constant turnover of service center staff, no one took the time to help me. In 2020 Covid-19 happened and nothing could be done to help me (first year of car warranty lost.). In 2021 Hansen Subaru continued to tell me nothing was wrong with the CVT. Then I had ongoing issues with the car navigation system. Hanson Subaru told me that I wouldn’t be responsible for system downloads (my car is under warranty.). I’m now driving 25 minutes to Tacoma Subaru dealership service center and have had excellent support. Hanson Subaru sales department is the worst! I came to the table with cash! The sales manager’s 4 hour stonewall tactic sucked. Wish I had walked away from the table. More
Spent 30 minutes at this dealership walking around looking at cars and for service. Four employees watched from inside the showroom, but 0 approached me so I took my sale elsewhere. They took us in on Saturday, ordered the new tire and completed the change over within a week. Professional people. Ordered a 2022 Forester and put a $500 deposit down on it. When we left the dealership we didn't receive the sales slip they only gave us the factory order sheet and there was no indication of the $500 de it. They only gave us the factory order sheet. When we finally got the sales sheet the MSRP and the "Hanson" price were off by $2600!!! We cancelled the order and now they will not give us the $500 deposit back. More

Hanson Kia if Olympia played pricing games for over 6 hours. The salesman told inappropriate jokes and got the paperwork wrong multiple times. Even after spending way too much time at the dealership we h hours. The salesman told inappropriate jokes and got the paperwork wrong multiple times.
