What Others Say

We bought a used ‘23 Crosstrek Limited from Olympia Subaru about a month ago. Mike Priebe was our salesman. We actually began looking for a new or used Crosstrek a couple of years ago. We got acquainted with Mike almost right away & I knew I didn’t want to buy a car from anyone else. He put me at ease with his honesty, was more than willing to answer my numerous questions, was always very enjoyable to communicate with, got back to me if I left him a message, emailed me photos, etc. I could go on…He also went the extra mile to try to find a way for us to be able to use or hookup a cd player in the new cars. (We found out Subaru stopped having cd players as an option after ‘23.) That just couldn’t be done but it certainly was not for a lack of research on Mike’s part! At that point, we decided to look for a used Crosstrek Limited that had a cd player in addition to everything else we wanted in the car. It took awhile but Mike hung in there with us the whole way. He was never anything but courteous. He was never pushy, either, and he was so upfront that I didn’t feel like I needed to be concerned with playing any games surrounding the sale. I don’t think anyone could ask better than all of the above when buying a car which, in & of itself, can be quite stressful. In the end, Mike left the door open for us to contact him with any questions we might have about the car in the future. So nice & very much appreciated!!

Ramon Ramirez was great to work with! He was very patient and helped us look at several cars. He answered all our questions clearly and replied to text messages in a timely manner. He did not rush or push in any direction, would work with Ramon again. I highly recommend Ramon to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru.

Third car bought through hanson/Subaru first and last were amazing. Wonderful service, treated like valued customers with quick service and no pressure to buy. For such a young sales person, Julian was fanominal and jesse(sam) in finance was equally fantastic. 5 star recommend for your next car purchase.

Olympia Subaru is a no nonsense dealership and I worked with Joshua. He said he was new but he sure did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable about everything. He showed me all my options and was so attentive, warm, funny, and showed me genuine concern for what I was looking for. I would give this man 5 stars! I know that we will see each other again. I feel like I made a friend for life. So if you’re looking for an honest salesman that deeply cares about others he is your man! He is a wonderful person. I recommend him highly! To hanks again Joshua for all your help making my dream car a reality! Cheryl

People seem to be very nice. However that being said the videos that they send with the invoice don't seem to match up. What's being said in the video and what's being actually put on paper are two totally different things. When confronted they print you out a whole different list. So it's hard to trust what is being done because you don't really know because everything's contradicting each other. I asked three times about a veterans discount which was significant it was about $100 off and they still didn't give it to me. When I left the dealership I noticed that there was dirt and smears all on my ceiling. When I called they told me to bring it back in but then insinuated that it was there before and it was my fault. It was not My car is kept cleaning very immaturely. I would have noticed dirt on my ceiling. What am I doing cartwheels in my car? They're likelihood of a mechanic with dirt or grease on their hands is more likely than me somehow getting dirt on the ceiling. I've only used my moonroof twice out of the 6 years that I've had the car. I would have noticed if there was dirt there before. This is the second time in 6 years that there was an issue with markings in my car and then it was thrown back on me as if it was my fault not theirs. I don't like that at all I don't like being made to feel like I'm crazy and I just didn't notice that there was dirt or ink marks in my car. Take ownership. To me that also says that they didn't do very good job inspecting if they didn't even notice. Overall I'm just not really impressed with their services. It feels like they're just trying to get people in and out as quickly as they can instead of actually really caring and taking care of people's cars. They should be explaining things and they do not. I would not recommend going there after your warranty is finished. Go somewhere else where they actually going to take care of your car and take responsibility for anything that happens to it.

Service was prompt & friendly and performed in a timely manner. I appreciated the Multipoint inspection & wheel torque.
