My wife and I drove from Gresham, Oregon to Hanson (about 120 miles one way.) We test drove the vehicle we were interested in, thoroughly liked it, and were ready to purchase it until I found a nail in one o 120 miles one way.) The maintenance doors were still open (it was about 5:40pm) but instead of making the quick repair to the tire, we were sent away and invited to return. Again, that is a 240 mile roundtrip. When I asked for some sort of concession or incentive to cover having to make that drive for a second time, Hanson refused! Well, that’s an approximate $40k CASH deal that they blew 🤷🏼‍♂️. More

After having our car totaled in a car accident a week before Christmas, we were in the unfortunate position of needing to buy another car - immediately. Dan gave us realistic advice about buying options given the low end-of-year stock and current supply chain issues. He really worked with us to get us the Forester we wanted and we were driving our new Forester before Christmas. The finance team was professional and helped us navigate between insurance companies and the banks. We came back after Christmas and Tony spent a lot of time with us going through all the features of the new car - especially the technology! She had great tips on how to use all the devices. Best I can say is we feel safe and taken care of by Hanson Subaru. We will continue to do our servicing here. Great find in the Olympia area. More
