My wife and I drove from Gresham, Oregon to Hanson (about 120 miles one way.) We test drove the vehicle we were interested in, thoroughly liked it, and were ready to purchase it until I found a nail in one o 120 miles one way.) The maintenance doors were still open (it was about 5:40pm) but instead of making the quick repair to the tire, we were sent away and invited to return. Again, that is a 240 mile roundtrip. When I asked for some sort of concession or incentive to cover having to make that drive for a second time, Hanson refused! Well, that’s an approximate $40k CASH deal that they blew 🤷🏼‍♂️. More
