The salesman my wife and I worked with weren't pushy and listened to what we had to say. The service manager is always friendly and he does a wonderful job of explaining what works is being done. The shuttle service is also a great help when needing to get to work after dropping off your car for service! Even the waiting area serves up the best coffee I've ever had a Car Dealer. Last, but certainly not least, my two boys were able to meet All-Star Bulls point guard, Derrick Rose! More
