We visited the Martin Nissan Dealership on New Years Eve just to look at vehicles. Previously we visited all other Nissan Dealerships in the Chicagoland area and had the worst experiences ever. We first were greeted Joe Zich, he was friendly, genuine, and non-judgemental. (not your cheesy salesman). Realize we were there at 4pm on NYE. We were not rushed, they took there time, showed us, answered questions. It was probably after 5pm until we realized we wanted to buy. They made us a great deal on a new vehicle. We didn't get out until after 6pm. They were amazing! We were never rushed!!! We visit the dealership to get oil changes and its like visiting family and friends. Everyone from sales to service we have encountered has treated us like royalty. More
