We've never had any problems with their service department and always get a great deal when it's time to get a new car. David is a wonderful sales consultant and knows what he's doing. Consistently Superb Customer Service. This is now my 10th year as a satisfied Martin Nissan customer and I just purchased my 3rd car last Saturday from the same gentleman, Jim Pigone who This is now my 10th year as a satisfied Martin Nissan customer and I just purchased my 3rd car last Saturday from the same gentleman, Jim Pigone who sold me my Xterra in 2004. I have been in this dealership for all the service and maintenance work on both the Xterra and my 2013 Rogue. Last Saturday my wife and I came in to look and finally walked out very satisfied with a 2015 Rogue(SL/AWD). Mr. Pigone, as pleasant and professional as he was when I first met him in 2004 made the process so easy and efficient (test drive, sales/financial paperwork and car prep), that my wife and I drove out of the lot with our 2015 Nissan Rogue in 3 hours. Jim listened very carefully to what we wanted in a car and for how much we were willing to spend. There was none of the back-and-forth negotiating involved. Victor Aguilar had all the financial papers ready for us to sign and was so patient to go over the terms/conditions of the contract with my wife and myself. David Shearer did a very thorough job of giving us the test drive, explaining and walking us through the new and awesome features of the car. Overall, it was an excellent ***** experience. Service and maintenance work in this dealership is superb(my service consultant is Gary Dewig) and with "FREE Lifetime Oil Changes" to top it off. Later that week we visited a couple more Nissan dealerships where we didn't receive anywhere near the service that we did at Martin. It was because of David and Joe we choose Martin and not the other dealerships. They also have free oil changes, car washes and lunch on Saturdays for their customers. More

Nice Place I bought a new car all of the guys were great. I had gone to a few other dealers before going here the other places I felt like I was being held hosta I bought a new car all of the guys were great. I had gone to a few other dealers before going here the other places I felt like I was being held hostage and couldn't leave. Not here at Martin and they worked very hard to get my financing right and gave me a fair trade in for my old Jeep. We got there about forty five minutes before closing time because we got a little lost. Never once did Dario rush us through the process or act like he was bothered. He explained everything very thoroughly about the car we were there to see and took us for a test drive. My boyfriend and I loved the car right away and Dario could see this so he made sure we were able to check everything out. He also made the paperwork very painless and always kept talking with us. He was more like a friend not just a salesman. I appreciate this a lot since I am in sales myself. He has called to thank me and follow up with me to make sure I was happy, which I appreciate as well. I would also like to say that the financing manager Samantha was great. She was patient and very kind, and also followed up with me as promised the next afternoon. Both Dario and Samantha were very professional and great at their jobs. I thought the dealership was very clean and just had an overall welcoming feeling. I would highly recommend shopping for a car at Martin Nissan and asking for Dario!!!!! Fun People I just needed a car to get to work and back. Saw a used Maxima on their web page and went in with my Dad to look at it.
