We had been to several other dealers, both Nissan and other, and Daniel was the first person to walk through all of the features of the car without us even asking. He never push the car on us, but rather he explained what the car did and how it worked and let the car sell itself! There was never pressure or any of the more common "hard sell" approach. I would recommend both Daniel and the entire Martin Nissan group! Fred in the finance office was a pleasure too. It was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had! More

A+ I have recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Maxima from Martin Nissan, Robert Rogue was my sales person while Joe Zick helped me with the pricing on the v I have recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Maxima from Martin Nissan, Robert Rogue was my sales person while Joe Zick helped me with the pricing on the vehicle besides them Samantha Ingles helped me get the right financing and warranty. I purchased 2 vehicles from here by myself and both the time i have dealt with Robert & Joe, most amazing guys you can work with. Not to mention my family have purchased 5 vehicles from Martin Nissan. They do not rush you or force you in any kind of situation. All you tell is what you want and your budget and leave the rest on Robert and Joe. They'll get you out satisfied. They have the very best car collection you'll find in Chicago land area. I would recommend Robert any time, any day. You can't go wrong with him. I'll just share my most recent experience with them, i happened to just go in and look around and i came across Robert and i was very excited to see him as i knew i was going out with a car that night. i told him what i wanted and my budget and he showed me what i could get, i quickly narrowed it down and he walked me thru each cars specification, warranties etc. Once i selected the car me, Robert and Joe sat down and worked around the numbers. As we finished that, Samantha called us in showed me the best financing options and warranties and guided me thru each one step by step. Joe also is currently working to get my mom a referral check as my mom always prefer to go their when buying cars, besides I mentioned Robert that i was getting charged for accessories and i do not see that on my car & also mentioned that my car's side lights are very dim and looks like it was going to go out pretty soon so he is working to get me a loaner while they can install all the accessories, do the VS2000 and install brand new side lights for my car. So overall i would like to say is even if you find anything wrong with the car they'll go out of the way to help you and satisfy you. Once I'll get everything taken care off i'll post the photos of present and what changes they did on Facebook so everybody knows what i am taking about.
