What a HORRIBLE experience - ZERO stars! We live 7 hours from the dealership. We called numerous times about 1 specific EV vehicle. They would not work with us over the phone at all, but the We live 7 hours from the dealership. We called numerous times about 1 specific EV vehicle. They would not work with us over the phone at all, but they would schedule an appointment with a salesman for that vehicle. Without getting into the whole mess of them canceling after we had booked a non-refundable hotel room, they finally called us back a couple days later, confirming the car readiness, so we drove the 7 hours. We get there to find out there is no fob and we CANNOT drive the car. Other dealerships would have ensured the car was fulled charged and ready to drive BEFORE we got there. We made it very clear over the phone that we were coming from central Ohio - there is simply no excuse for this. We drove 14 hours that day for NOTHING! They did offer to fill our tank - wow. More

You get a wonderful experience talking to the call center to set up an appointment and was told I would be speaking with Max. That apparently is the only name they give when you make an appointment. I was told “Max” is experienced and would be happy to help since we drove over 1 hour and 45 min to get here. Horrible experience. It only took about 30min and we were out of there! Don’t waste your time! More
