This was a very good new car buying experience, I would buy from them again. They worked hard to find the Wrangler that I was looking for and weren't very pushy about it either. First off let me just say that most of these reviews were probably wrote because they promise an oil change if you give them a 5 star rating. We drove off the lot home to Missouri, where inspections are required to liscense. Our truck failed inspection for a handful of things. Took the truck back to Olathe to fix these problems were there Cocky little man syndrome mechanic acted as if I was an idiot when dropping the truck off, well after the problems stated were "fixed" i drove an 1 and 15 minutes back home, to have inspected again, for it to fail bc they missed a clearly broken part! Drove back up there again to have it fixed and hoped to god to never have to see or speak to these people again. Now a few months later and only maybe 2000 miles later, the truck may or may not start! We have taken it into ANOTHER dealership to have them look at it 2 times just for them to say it isnt doing the problem with them so they can not fix it. This truck has left me and my 2 young children stranded multiple times! We would take it and trade it in if we wouldnt be totally upside down at this point.It is a used vehicle, but that shouldnt matter.I haved left a message for the manager to call me back, that was 3 weeks ago and no return call! Chicken S***! My Mother has bought many vehicles from them, trucks, and jeeps, as well as both of my sisters and many friends and family, well anyone I talk to I tell them to go anywhere, DO NOT GO TO OLATHE DODGE, and everyone I have talked to has gone somewhere else. They dont deserve the business, horrible shady people, they are the car salesmen you see in movies! Creepy, shady, sneaky, and liars! DONT TRUST THEM! More

The used car dealership did nothing but lie to me. I got a great deal on the motorcycle only because they thought it was broken and the mechanics didn't know how to fix it.
