The salesman was very friendly and supportive in his attempt to get the most for our trade-ins. However, I have become very frustrated in that this finance person said he would handle the process on these refunds and having not received any word or check from the dealer, I find out he hasn't done anything and in fact we should have been directed to a totally different individual. This says to me that once the deal is done and your problem or question doesn't put money in their pocket, they forget your name. Again, the actual sales process was OK with the staff being friendly. This has been, by far, the very best car purchasing expedition that I've ever had. John in financing was very patient, friendly and made the purchase uncomplicated. Both men stayed late for us without a moment's hesitation. The car we purchased had just arrived at the dealership, but Mike was able to get it checked out for us to drive and after making our final choice, the detail department had the car ready in record time. And to top it off, Mike's son works in the service department and we have it on good authority that he takes good care of Mike's customers!
