I had an electrical issue with my 2024 Wrangler that left it undrivable. It was towed twice to this dealership. My first phone call requesting service was not great (no real concern given for my problem). Bu it undrivable. It was towed twice to this dealership. But once I reached out to Laura Voss and she connected me to Luke Johnson, I received excellent attention and care. My Jeep is back to normal now! Luke went above and beyond to take over the situation and help me get things taken care of. The loaner vehicle was key to my satisfaction. This is my 3rd brand-new Jeep I've purchased here. I live closer to another dealership, but I will be returning one day for another new car, and I will be a returning customer! Thank you! More
