We walked in and were greeted by Donnie Latimer (Commercial manager). He was professional down to earth and just an overall nice person. We talked for a while and told him what we were looking for. He gave us a new van to test drive and he didn't go with us, (I didn't know they would let you go by yourself anymore). during the whole time we were there, he never tried to sell us a car. He never said how much do you want your payment to be. Instead he showed us what the options were, gave us a quote for our trade in and when we decided what van we wanted, he gave us a price. We told him we thought they should come down and he said tell me what you want to pay and I will take it to the sales manager. Within a few minutes we agreed on a price and we were done. I get so tired of getting out of my car and walking up to the front door of a dealer and the first thing they say is what can I do to get you into a new car today. I think people are smatter today and with all of the information that is available online, they are more prepared when they go to the dealer and are ready to buy. This dealer has changed with the times and they treat their customers with the respect they deserve, Very refreshing. More

I had found a used jeep online and just decided to call the number on there. Ben answered and from that second, through about 3 weeks, he was nothing short of amazing. Ben never hounded me or called me pushing me to buy the jeep. He asked question after question to ensure he knew what I was wanting. Price was a huge factor for me and the price he quoted me from the very beginning, he didn't change it once throughout the whole process (as in making it higher). He gave me exactlly what I told him I could do. They didn't have the black in stock and he had it shipped from another state w/in 2 days. To this day, I still think about the process and how stress free it was. I have recommended Ben to several people already and I will continue to do so. Ben's personality was nothing short of amazing and he's extrememly personable. I am so grateful I had the pleasure to work w/ Ben. More

When looking for a used mini-van, the salesman, Randy Hughes, did an excellent job on explaining all the operations of the vehicle accessories and operating computer components. The Finance Manager, Mark Printer, did an excellent job on the financing aspect of the purchase, along with the explaining of options for extended warranty coverage without high pressure to purchase it. I would return to the dealership and work with both of these gentlemen in the future. The service department has been extremely friendly and has taken care of any problems or issues found on the vehicle in a timely fashion. All staff we have dealt with on this purchase have been very friendly, professional, have done what they said they would do without high pressure and make a person feel they appreciate your business. I visited this dealership about 11 months ago and was very disappointed with the sales staff. They took a high-pressure approach and tried to sell me a car I didn't want. However, my most recent visit was one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. The salesman was new to the dealership, but he went out of his way to find me the exact car I wanted (it took some time, because most of the cars were snowed in). I didn't have to play the negotiating game, thanks to the affiliate pricing I received through my employer. I got a great deal on my trade-in, and ended up with a car I love. The only hiccup occurred because the car had to be delivered from Omaha, and the driver somehow got lost on the way to KC and ended up being 45 minutes late. But that's forgivable. I would definitely go to Olathe DCJ again. More
