My Jeep Wrangler malfunctioned on Thursday, 3-Apr, and was towed to the dealership. Problem was immediately diagnosed, part ordered and vehicle was promised to be ready on Friday, 4-Apr. I purchased a $34000+ Town and Country van from you over a year ago. I asked to have one transferred from another dealer because I wanted the dvd entertainment system. 'Steve' our salesperson said he woul a year ago. I asked to have one transferred from another dealer because I wanted the dvd entertainment system. 'Steve' our salesperson said he would. Then he said he could just have a dvd system installed and it would be as high quality and work ,"Just like a factory installed one." When I questioned this he assured me it would. So, STUPID ME, I believed him and we purchased the van without transferring and had them install it. It has had nothing but problems. We were able to use it twice in all this time. We have transferred from Kansas to Michigan. On our 14 hour drive we were unable to use the DVD player at all due to static. After reaching Michigan I contacted the dealer here. Guess what, they wont honor Olathes warranty. Why? Because they will not work on this, "After Market Piece of junk. It takes far to many hours and is not worth it." ONLY OLATHE KS can work on it under warranty. Well...isn't that a HUGE rip off! I did not purchase that expensive of a vehicle to put an 'After Market Piece of Junk" in it. I NEVER would have. So much for "Just as high quality and Just like Factory installed". Seems 'Steve' and the Olathe dealership would rather LIE to make a sale and then screw over the customer after. When I called Chrysler Corporate they told me this is a dealer issue and that they are very sorry but they can't do anything except send them a 'corrective action' paper. Great....I am sure that will do it... This is the First Chrysler I have ever bought and chances are high that it is the LAST. I will make sure anyone who asks knows how we have been treated by you. More

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had. I bought the nicest Dodge truck money could buy, diesel, dually, Mega cab loaded with everything. Must be electrical he said. Drive it on in he said. Then they tear it down and its burned up. Abuse? No. I did what they told me to do. $8,772 later my truck is not the same as it use to be. More
