The salesman was very friendly and supportive in his attempt to get the most for our trade-ins. The finance dept was friendly and helped in pointing out a refund we should be due from our old cars on ga attempt to get the most for our trade-ins. The finance dept was friendly and helped in pointing out a refund we should be due from our old cars on gap and extended service contracts. However, I have become very frustrated in that this finance person said he would handle the process on these refunds and having not received any word or check from the dealer, I find out he hasn't done anything and in fact we should have been directed to a totally different individual. This says to me that once the deal is done and your problem or question doesn't put money in their pocket, they forget your name. Again, the actual sales process was OK with the staff being friendly.
