From the first time I walked into the dealership and I encountered with Ranger. He showed as a extremely nice and friendly person, He was a great listener and communicator, He made feel very comfortable and made me enjoy my purchasing experience. Ranger cares about his clients even after the car is out of the dealership. I would highly recommend Mike as a salesperson to others. Thank you Ranger for all your kindness and hard work!!! More
New Car I had Ranger as my car sales personnel. He was very king, listened to my needs, made me feel like I was part of the Chrysler Team. I have since recomm I had Ranger as my car sales personnel. He was very king, listened to my needs, made me feel like I was part of the Chrysler Team. I have since recommended someone and they have bought a car as well. I will continue to recommend others as well. Thank you Ranger for all of your dedicated work ethics!! I do have one concern that I would like to voice. The personnel in the credit department that did the final close on my car and had me sign the final paperwork was very unfriendly, rude and does not know how to work with people or build relationships with clientele. He was very pushy and tried to up sale me over and over again. I explained to him the monthly payment was higher then we originally agreed and he didn't listen or wasn't concerned at all. I would tend to stay away from this individual and will stay away from this individual in the future when I do go back to buy a car here from Ranger. More
Great First Experience I just purchased a 2014 Chevy Spark Hatchback, and the process was so FAST. The salesman, Nathan, was so informative, and a had great sense of humor. I just purchased a 2014 Chevy Spark Hatchback, and the process was so FAST. The salesman, Nathan, was so informative, and a had great sense of humor. He did everything that I asked for which was, a low monthly payment, and a low APR % . I've purchased other cars in my life, but since I was a college student I could only afford old cars from private owners because they were super cheap. So by this being my first experience buying a new car off of a lot, I must say that it was WORTH IT. Everyone was nice and they actually CARED. The manager understood my financial situation by being fresh out of college, and they worked everything out. The process took less than 2hrs, which I thought was pretty fast. I would totally recommend going to this place, and if you're fresh out of college like me then I would recommend that you have a little bit of credit for them to go off of in order for you drive the car off of the lot without a co-signer. CAR NOT READY FOR OUR APPOINTMENT At 3 pm we made an appointment to see a 2008 Toyota. At 6 pm when we arrived, the car was still towards the back of the lot. A salesman went to bring it up but it wouldn't start. We walked back in the rain to see it, but it needed a battery. Even if we had waited for a battery, they still needed a code to be able to start it. They still have the car in inventory and we bought ours from another dealership. More
Lies and misleading I've been to this dealership 3 times. Once looking for a used Jeep and twice looking at other vehicles they "had on line." 1st I would like to say, t I've been to this dealership 3 times. Once looking for a used Jeep and twice looking at other vehicles they "had on line." 1st I would like to say, they mislead you buy posting great looking vehicles online that they don't even have. It's a sales gimmick to get you to come in so they can give you an excuse or tell you it's sold and try to sell you a different vehicle. Very Shady!!! 2nd They will always low ball you on your trade-ins. They offered me $9000 below Kelly Blue Book and NADA price. I know they are there to make money, but they don't have to try and rip people off to do so. They will tell you so story how it's not worth much which bring me to the 3rd issue I have with them. 3rd They flat out lie to you. I came in looking for a vehicle a few weeks ago. (that they didn't actually have) When their used cars sells manager came out to see my 2010 Jeep Rubicon, with only 50,000 miles, and not a scratch on it. also with a 4" lift and 35" tires and nice black rims. (KBB at over $25K) He told me they are not really selling right now, and that he just sent one just like mine, same year, with less miles, and a 4 door to the auction and he only got $17K for it. Right there is a down right LIE. Why would they have to sell a good Jeep 4dr Rubicon at an auction... They are selling like crazy... They even had older 4dr Jeeps still on the grounds there with more miles and asking over $25k for them. So obviously a lie. They sell Jeeps. I can see if they got a 2006 an older jeep in or a jeep with 90+K miles on it going to the auction, but a not what he was telling me... He either didn't want my Jeep or he actually thought I would say OK. If he didn't want itI would much rather him just tell me that. Not to mention he drove a 2013 Jeep that looked just like mine, so I was told he knows his Jeeps. Either he lies or he doesn't know his Jeeps. Very unsatisfied!!! More
Was quoted a new price for a car with 10,000 miles The salesman was very nice and was eager to get me the car I wanted but the reason I came was because I saw the car listed for around 22,000 online. H The salesman was very nice and was eager to get me the car I wanted but the reason I came was because I saw the car listed for around 22,000 online. He told me 27,000. I let him get to the point of us sitting down and going over prices and pulling my credit. He was so kind to bring the price to 25,000 when I finally said is this the same car... Showing him the 22 price pulled up on my phone. He immediately took of the 3,000 dollars and said "I had no idea about the internet special". Then continued to explain that the internet specials and their people don't communicate. I'm sorry but it is your job to do that has a cars salesman. Not to mention retail value of this 2013 hyundai genesis r-spec NEW as of now is 27,000! I'm a 24 year old girl and I'm sure he just assumed I would never know the difference. I can't speak for everyone else there but Levi definitely didn't do his research and didn't care about the prices he was quoting me. I will never set foot on this dealership again. More
Don't know left from right or up from down! I took my 2000 Dodge Durango in to Olathe Dodge to repair a leaking steering rack 02/25/13 invoice S1CS291835 J#6+19HZ1. They somehow managed to put the tie rods on backwards when putting it back together! Initially I noticed only a grinding sound when turning completely at or near the maximum turning point as the repair was done before giving the vehicle to be used for my college student. I did drive the vehicle at a later point and noticed the grinding sound almost continuously. I took the vehicle to a local independent mechanic(relative to where the vehicle is now). Goodyear / Great Western Tire in Dodge City KS. The Service department initially was unsure what was going on with it although they identified the same symptom (tie rods grinding against the inside wheel rim). but all "looked to be correct". Kris Schulte asked about recent work that was done that could've been related. I indicated the steering rack replacement by Olathe Dodge. They then ordered a new set of tie rods for a "stare and compare" to the work that was done on my vehicle. Once they saw the newly labeled tie rods from the manufacture they immediately saw that the tie rods were put on incorrectly from the steering rack work improperly performed by Olathe Dodge and were able to correct the problem on the spot! I contacted Bob from the Olathe Dodge service department to explain the situation as likely they had some new or untrained tech use my vehicle as a guinea pig to build their skills on. He did listen however indicate that the work was done by a sr. technician and that the tech assured that the tie rods couldn't be put on wrong (but they were). Needless to say I received no consideration for botched job they did on my Durango. Although I realize new care dealerships are pretty much carpetbaggers selling snake oil and change ownership and all personnel every few years (I think the Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealership I bought my 2000 Dodge Durango, 2000 Dodge Neon, 2005 Jeep Wrangler, and 2005 PT Cruiser has changed hands a least a 5 times in the 15 years I've bought all of my cars from them) I really do try to remain loyal to my local shop. It's always frustrating when I take any of my cars to the dealership I bought it and all the names and faces have changed and I have to explain the work their very location has performed on my cars! Needless to say I have given my "local" Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealership more than a fair chance to keep my business. I'm glad that today of my previously owned 4 new purchased Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep vehicles I only have 1 left.. and will likely never go back to the brand when looking for a new vehicle. More

The tire sensor light was on and the salesman (Ed) assured us that it was probably due to under-inflated tires and that they would fix it. We continued to finalize the deal and by the time we purchased it, it was late at night. As we got into the car, we saw the light was still on. Ed apologized as the service department was already closed for the evening. He told us to bring it in the next day to have the tires inflated. Long story short...we brought it in twice and the light was still on. At this point, I was seriously afraid that we were just stuck with it, having been foolish enough to purchase a used car before it was fixed. However, I called the dealership (they still took my phone call, lol) and talked to Troy, one of the managers. He was very kind and was intent on making our experience at his dealership a positive one. He said the tire sensors were probably missing or bad on the car and he agreed to cover the cost of repairing it! At this point, he really was not legally obligated to do anything. However, everyone we talked to at Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep offered us top-notch customer service, including Bill in the Service Department. I cannot state what a relief it was to deal with an honest dealership. We will be visiting here again when it's time to look for another car. More
