Easiest Way to Buy a New Car I bought a new Wrangler from them back in 2010, and their service department have always been great and treated me fairly. Also, the past few times I have had my Wrangler there for service, I would wonder around and usually end up to talking to Sylvester Holmes, when he wasn't busy. He always took the time to talk to me and try to sell me a new car, so when my wife decided to trade-in her 2011 Grand Cherokee for a 2015 Wrangler, we went to Olathe Dodge and contacted Sylvester. We told him that we wanted to see and test drive a Rubicon, which he set it up for us to do. After the test drive, we told hiim we wanted an anvil or tank colored one, with the power convienance group. They found one, and then my wife decided she wanted to add the U-Connect, with the upgraded stereo, so they searched and found the one she wanted. From then on, my wife and Sylvester talked on the phone and texted back and forth, until she got the deal she wanted, Three days later, after the vehicle arrived, we went in and signed the paperwork. Easiest time I've ever had buying a new car. In the past, we always dickered with the salesman, who would have to go talk to the sales manager, and that would back and forth for awhile, then sales manager would come in and make his pitch. We had none of that time and no wasted time sitting around waiting for a the counter offers. All the people have been great, from Sylvester to the manager, to the finance person. More
