Great Experience, got what I wanted. My husband and I had a minivan in mind when we went in that we wanted. Sylvester was right there to make us feel welcome and like we had made the righ My husband and I had a minivan in mind when we went in that we wanted. Sylvester was right there to make us feel welcome and like we had made the right choice in choosing Olathe Dodge. We test drove a car and did not like it. When we got back and told Sylvester he went out of his way to find out what we exactly wanted and went searching for the exact car. He was very upbeat and went out of his way to make us happy. If you buy a car definitely ask for Sylvester, he truly cares for his customers and wants them to be happy. Today I received a call from Sylvester just checking on how things were going and if we had any questions about the car. Very impressed. We also worked with Brandon as the sales manager. Very helpful and worked with the financing companies to get us the best percentage rate and deal. He also was very friendly and cared about what we wanted. Worked with us on adding some options and giving us a great deal on the prices. Lastly we had the opportunity to work with Cory the Finance Manager. Cory was fabulous. He took the time to go over all the options for warranties and financing, not once pressured us into getting anything. He was very outgoing and friendly. Cory answered all our questions and concerns and never made us feel like we were taking too much time. I highly recommend Olathe Dodge to anyone who is looking for a new car. They really care and will take good care of you. More
