Excellent Customer Service I just bought a 2015 Grand Jeep Cherokee Laredo. Magnificent piece of engineering! The Staff I dealt with were very professional and knowledgeable. Finance found me a better deal even though I was pre-approved. Brandon Bettge exceeded my customer service expectations when he took the time to customize all the settings in the vehicle right down to syncing my IPhone with the Blue Tooth. He started playing music from my iPhone I didn't even know was on the phone! Great experience and the Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo is probably the best vehicle I've ever bought. I was pretty sure about what I wanted, and absolutely sure about what I didn't want... or so I thought. LOL... I test drove the car I thought I would love and turns out I wasn't really feelin it. But my awesome sales lady Liz had me take a look at the car she had originally invisioned for me... The one i was absolutely sure I DIDN'T want haha.. and I absolutely loved it... Homegirl knows what she doing! Everyone was amazing and soooo helpful from start to finish! GO SEE THESE PEOPLE! Liz McMullen is the truth... Oh, and can't forget Don Hodge in financing, who may very well be a wizard... He's that good ya'll... They really will take care of you... =) More

Great Experience Levi did an outstanding job finding the perfect Jeep for my daughter and making her a big part of the whole process. I had been looking for an older J Levi did an outstanding job finding the perfect Jeep for my daughter and making her a big part of the whole process. I had been looking for an older Jeep Wrangler for my 17 year old daughter, this was going to be her 2nd vehicle and hopefully last her through college and maybe beyond. we had looked at about 20 Jeeps at about 12 different lots and dealt with a lot of different salespeople. Levi found us what we were looking for (actually more than we were looking for), but it was newer, nicer, and had a lot less miles and ended up being to good to pass up. Levi didn't just try to sell me, he involved my daughter through each step of the process with me and made it a great father/daughter experience and something that we will remember forever. So I applaud Levi on many levels, he listened and found us a great Jeep, he worked with us and got us a deal we were happy with and he followed up on what he told us and has been there for us after the sale (which is very important). It's people like Levi that make the difference and I will gladly tell anyone I know to check with Levi before making their next vehicle purchase. Thanks again Levi for truly going "Above and Beyond". Great service! I had the help of Mike Schwally as I was buying my new Jeep! I knew exactly what I wanted and he did everything he could to get me what I wanted. I traded in my old Jeep in return of a new 2011 Jeep which I love! The service was great and he was very nice and on top of everything that needed to be done in a quick manner!
