We were only interested in the Pacifica as the replacement for the Town and Country with stow and go seating. Mike greeted us and took time to demonstrate features and answer questions as well as took us to look at all the in-stock Pacificas so we could see the interiors, options, and color. We left with a great feeling about Mike and the dealership. In late December we decided we should go ahead and purchase a vehicle. I entered information in the on-line program my former company was affiliated with to see deals. That resulted in numerous local dealers contacting me. We went to one local to see what they could tell us. The person was fairly new but we got a quote and told them we needed the best deal. We then went to see Mike again and he and the managers were very accommodating to locate a vehicle with things we wanted and corrected some of the information that the other dealership had provided about options and standard items on the Limited. After extensive searching and not finding an exact one, we decided to order but Mike and the managers were going to keep looking so that we could maximize our incentives versus ordering. When we returned the next day to finalize it we talked extensively and ultimately decided on some changes that closely matched one that Olathe had in stock but with additional features. Everyone was excellent in arriving at a price even better than the one to be ordered. It had additional features, allowed us to use all the incentives they could find with a price better than ordering. We did lots of talking and changes throughout the negotiation and everyone stayed very focused and helpful throughout to obtain us a vehicle with what I believe to be a great price. It was an awesome experience! More

I gave her our list of wants and needs along with our budget and she and Brandon quickly found a way to make the vehicle we were interested in work for our budget. When we arrived at the dealership Davonte took us for the test drive. He was very nice and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. At no time during the day did we feel pressured by anyone.
