Mike listens rather than talking My wife and I saw a used FJ on their lot and we knew what we wanted from previous research. We continued to look and decided to stop by Olathe Dodge to take another look during daylight hours a couple days later. Mike was off that day but was in the dealership just by chance. He made my wife and I comfortable. He knew we were knowledgeable, respected that and listened to our wants and needs. We would have been happier and given 5 stars if we only had to deal with Mike. Terrible service Bought my Dodge ram in 2014 it has had starting issues for three years. I was told I'm.making a big issue out of nothing that it doesn't always start.
