Liz Bias was amazing (my wife and her totally clicked) and Greg Dittmer was very helpful in finding the car for my daughter that we were looking for and then made the deal work for the budget we wanted to be at. It was also a first to be called up to the platform that the manages (Greg) negotiates the deal to give to the sales person.. We just moved to KC and Olathe Jeep is our new family in KC.. Lease was due! Been with Jeep for 8 years now! We initially wanted to go in on Sunday but this dealership is not open on Sunday's; I knew this and forgot. So we went in on Monday. We were not sure on what we wanted to Lease this time around but had an idea on cost so we let Nugene know this and he pointed us in a direction. Did a test drive and loved the vehicle. Did a little negotiating and SOLD we had a new Leased vehicle. We did have to wait around for a little bit longer because of some number mix ups; but Daniel was apologetic and took care of the issue in a timely manner. Then we were off to Finance. Heading over to finance we were introduced to a service person on our way through. We have been with Jeep for a while now so the service department faces looked familiar. Next up was Cory from finance he was super friendly and happy; got us in and out. He made it feel like we had been friends forever. Finally Nugene helped us get to know our Jeep with all the new technology we needed a little help with the screen and what we could do with our vehicle. OVER ALL great experience and we will continue to stay loyal to this dealership! Thanks again Olathe JEEP!! More

Most efficient and satisfying car buying experience This dealership WOW'ed me from the start of my visit. I was instantly greeted by Terry Hines who held the door open for me to enter the showroom. He assisted me throughout the sale process and was very knowledgeable and informative about the Jeep I was looking to purchase. He did a presentation on how to remove the top of the Jeep as well, which went above and beyond my expectations. He felt that it was important to introduce me to others that I could possibly meet in the future such as Chase in the express maintenance department due to future oil changes I may want to receive from them. I felt this was very thorough and thoughtful. He then quickly moved the paperwork process along and introduced me to Cory Bunger. I couldn't have been placed with a better Finance Manager. Cory was very nice and polite and had me in and out of the finance office in under an hour. The overall process was painless even though I was upside down on my trade and didn't have the most flawless credit. They gave me a great price for my trade and my new vehicle. I really feel that this crew worked magic to get me my brand new Jeep and as a whole they work very well together. I will definitely refer my friends and be back when I feel the need for an upgrade. Terrible Customer Service I bought my SUV here about three- four years ago. I love it (even though it has had many issues). I live about 30-40 minutes away, so coming here for I bought my SUV here about three- four years ago. I love it (even though it has had many issues). I live about 30-40 minutes away, so coming here for every problem was not ideal, but they would take care of me each time. If I needed a rental they would cover it. Any issues were covered. Up until some reason my car landed itself in there shop due to some hose breaking, killing the radiator and a gas head, I believe. I also had made sure to buy the 10 year extra warranty, and for some reason it was not covered, even though the hose that caused it was, they couldn't "link them together". So yes a two- three year old BRAND NEW car had to replace $1,000, even with this extended warranty. They had my car a week, they called me to aware me of cash in my console. I said I wasn't able to drive all the way to Olathe just to move it, and drive back home, due to my crazy work schedule. They let me know that they knew it was there and to always keep my car locked up. I will add I had to rush out of the car when it was towed, due to being stuck in Overland Park, having to get a tow on a Sunday and a ride, so I was not able to gather everything, before it got to the shop. I had an iPod in there as well. When I came to pick up my car, they were closing, so by the time I got my car looked it over, noticed the iPod and cash were missing, no one was to be found. I talked to a sales men who told me to give the manager a call the next day. To shorten this up, he blamed me for leaving it in my car, claimed he did not see an iPod (yes it is still "missing") and told me he told me there was money in my car and to come collect it. Claimed they do not have cameras around there to check. I even spoke to the highest manager there, and he had nothing to say. He acted so dumbfounded that I was upset, kept asking what do I want him to do, I wanted my money and iPod back, (they also knew how much was in my console as they counted it, which I don't believe should of been done, if it was in the console leave it be nothing needed to be touched in it). It was a complete joke, and a year later I tried calling and contacting them for information on my warranty, seeing as I never will be back there, and NO ONE will answer or call me back with my information. Its a joke. I would never recommend anyone ever going there! They back up there mechanics who clearly stole, as they told me only three people had access to my car. Its upsetting too because of all the issues I've had, should have been covered and taken care of. I liked going to where I bought and worked with so if any issues kept happening they couldn't blame others. More
