My '14 Ram sport purchase experience was top notch. I was happy with the process from deal to financing to delivery. There were a couple issues at delivery with my truck that Frank went over and above to correct, and he did so in a timely manner. At many places the salesman is done with you when your delivery is complete. If there's a problem they walk you to the service department, introduce you, and walk away. Not the case here! More

This is my 6th vehicle and they gave excellent customer service. I never did review before but for this I made an exception. They worked with me from the phone call from Brandon for an appointment that they would work with me for whatever down payment I can make and whether I lease or purchase. I was late for our appt, but Terry greeted us as soon as we got out of the vehicle until we find our choice of vehicle and options and trading in our vehicle. Terry worked with us to what we want and didn't pressure us to go with what with they have in the lot. They didn't have the color that we want but he looked for a vehicle based on our preference. He also made sure that what we test drove has the same features of what we will be getting. This is the first time that someone checked the window sticker for us and compared sticker to sticker. Terry was on top of everything as he knows his stuff and gets the figures computed before we even asked. I think the deal with the rebates and dollar amount are honest too, because looking a dodge's website we got They had a lot of customers which made us wait for a bit to finalize with the deal, but that can't be helped. We finalized the deal with Cory and he only offered 2 plans that we might want and didn't offer anything else unless we want to know more unlike other dealerships that would tell you all of their other plans and make you think that you would need everything else. Still waiting for the Dodge Journey as they are trying to look for the color of my choice and install stuff. I would go here again for my next vehicle. More
