unneccessarily long Our salesman was great, very interested in getting the vehicle we wanted and knowledgeable about what was available and the programs that were offered Our salesman was great, very interested in getting the vehicle we wanted and knowledgeable about what was available and the programs that were offered . The rest of process was a joke. We wanted to buy a car and go home but instead we had to sit through listening to the to the finance guy trying to sell us a bunch of programs we told him going in we did not want. We have bought dozens of vehicle's over the years and this by far was the most irritating experience ever. Tell us a price and be done quit trying to nickel and dime people every step of the way. I would recommend to anyone to go to a small town dealer get the same or better price and leave the city wannabes in their plaid suits doing commercials for real people to laugh at. More
