It was by far the best price in 4 states that I searched including NE, IA, MO, and KS. Considering the distance from my home to the dealership I didn't arrive there in time to actually receive the rebated price that I saw online the Sales Manager, even though we butted heads over my trade-in, still allowed me the rebated price on the pick-up. Mike, the salesman I worked with, was my kind of guy. We talked on the phone for 2 or 3 days before I made the trek, and he did everything in his power to make me happy and get me in my new pick-up as quickly as possible. Down the road, they will be the FIRST dealership I use when I search for another new pick-up. More

Shortly after the warranty things started to go horribly wrong on the vehicle. I was not mad or irate but went in and talked to Mike G and expressed my concerns. Mike took me to his boss and I explained the problems I was having with the vehicle. Troy then said "Bring the vehicle in and I will take care of it." and did they. They fixed everything that was going bad and sent a happy and future returning customer home with a great used car. PS. It's got a Hemi !!! Thanks Mike G. appreciate you hard work. I will be back. She spent a lot of time with us to make sure we bought the car we wanted. Checked out multiple models and test drove them. Never shown any signs of being agitated with all the vehicles we kept looking at and all the questions that we had. Overall great experience with Liz! Bill in finance worked wonders for us. Detailing could of done a better job, it was a brand new car not much dirt but could of been cleaned a little better but over all good experience & would recommend to buy from them! More

After shopping several dealerships in the Metro, I sent an e-mail to the Olathe dealership. Keep in mind I live a mile from a Jeep dealership off of Metcalf. Through working with Mike Moutray, Sr. I now own a brand new 2015 Jeep. Mike was very patient with me and worked very hard to ensure I had everything I wanted on the vehicle. He turned the girl looking for used only into the girl driving a 2015. The other dealership I visited were not nearly as helpful, they made no effort to answer in my questions and in most cases could not even tell me how to use some of the features during the test drive. Mike found me the perfect Jeep in Branson, MO and had it brought to Olathe. The night I went to test drive it and ensure it was the vehicle for me Mike took a lot of time to show me all the in's and out's of the vehicle and ensure I was comfortable with how everything worked. He even helped me to get my phone synced to the Bluetooth. If you are looking for true customer service and a place where they care about you and your experience I would recommend you look no further than Olathe and ask for Mike. More

Ranger was recommended to me by a friend and went out of his way to follow up with me on any question I had. Jeff Smith was also friendly and got through the paperwork efficiently.
