This purchase dealt with a trade-in, a dealer trade for the vehicle we wanted, a financing and was topped off by a home delivery of the vehicle. Something unheard of in most dealerships. We were treated with respect for both our time and ability to get a deal done to our acceptance, Clayton and Greg both worked hard for us. The finance of the deal was great as well, Bill did a good job pairing the items we needed for our vehicle and not over selling us anything just because he could. I left the dealership feeling pretty good, but, even AFTER the sale, Liz has been very helpful. She has given follow-up calls, emails and there is something to be said about a consultant that takes the time to check on previous customers AFTER the sale. She truly cares about her customers and offering genuine and honest customer service, believe me, this is rare in the used car sales business. Sylvester let us think, look at multiple vehicles, didn't push us one way or another, simply was a gracious host to allow us to ask questions, and choose what was right for us. When it came time to pricing, I made him a deal. He makes a price happen I call the bank. Within 15 minutes he came back with exactly what we wanted. He worked well with his team to satisfy us to ensure an enjoyable experience. This was NOT THE DREADED CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. THIS WAS FUN, and JOYFUL for my wife and I.
