An easy and fulfilling experience at a fantastic dealership! This was my first new car purchase so I really want to do my best to summarize the experience with a simple breakdown of the process that I was taken This was my first new car purchase so I really want to do my best to summarize the experience with a simple breakdown of the process that I was taken through. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by one of the sales representatives named Matt Bock. I told him what I was looking for as far as affordability, features and taste. He showed me the the 2015 Chrysler 200 and told me about how the vehicle had made a miraculous transformation from the exterior and interior. He found the one I needed on the first attempt which impressed my greatly. We then went inside to talk over the numbers to hopefully make a deal happen. It was a no hassle experience and I was treated fairly and was respected even though I'm younger. The managers, Daniel States and Greg Dittmer came down to thank me and they both made sure that I was on the right vehicle and that I was happy with the process so far. On the finance side of things after I finished my initial paperwork I was taken to meet with one of the business managers, Matt Tarman. He explained to me everything from payments to warranties and guided me through the paperwork every step of the way to help expedite the process. Matt Tarman did great and has followed up with me since then to see if I had any questions. All in all Olathe Dodge has earned my business once so far and I will continue to purchase my vehicles from there for years to come. I would definitely recommend the Chrysler 200 for anyone! Matt Bock was one of the best salesmen, if not the best that I have met throughout my search for a new vehicle. Him and his managers were all dressed professionally and acted as such. That about wraps up my experience. My purchase was made about a week ago and i'm still smiling because of it! I hope this review helps anyone in need of a vehicle! More

Their pushy and aggressive month end sales tactics are unbearable. Liz was friendly but not thorough at all, she wanted to make her last sale for the month so she got her bonus.. Well congrats you got it unfortunately. The finance guy named Matt was very rude, unfriendly, arrogant, and short with us. He uses his dry "sense of humor" as an excuse to be rude and say whatever he wants without people being offended. In the end, I ended up with a less than ideal vehicle, more basic and more expensive than the one I had traded in, and with none of the extras I told them were necessary in my trade-in. They definitely got the good end of our deal. I would never go back and I think they know it too. More
