This company receives a negative rating. I purchased a 2011 Porsche Panamera Turbo on November 14 and took delivery between November 24–25 after it was shipped to me. Initially, the Carfax r I purchased a 2011 Porsche Panamera Turbo on November 14 and took delivery between November 24–25 after it was shipped to me. Initially, the Carfax report appeared acceptable. After taking the vehicle for inspection, I began experiencing severe shaking while driving. I currently reside in Pennsylvania but travel frequently and maintain residences in both Pennsylvania and North Carolina. Upon inspection by an auto repair shop, I was informed that the tires were mismatched: the vehicle had three Michelin tires and one Pirelli tire, and the Pirelli tire was also the incorrect size. As a result, the vehicle would not pass inspection. Additionally, both CV axle boots were damaged, with grease leaking on both sides. Selling a vehicle that is not roadworthy—particularly with suspension-related issues—is illegal. I have verified the applicable laws in both Pennsylvania and North Carolina, and this has been confirmed. It has also come to my attention that the same individuals associated with this transaction own or operate multiple dealerships, including the following businesses: Ogden Motors 6550 Ogden Ave Berwyn, IL 60402 Denali Motors LLC 855 W Lake Street Addison, IL 60101 This information is relevant to my complaint and ongoing investigation. I have filed a complaint with the Illinois State Attorney and have also notified the bank regarding the misrepresentation and deception involved in this transaction. I am in the process of retaining legal counsel. Prior to taking these actions, I attempted to resolve the matter directly with Roman Tylka and Arthur Pajolek. Roman stated that the car is old; however, the age of the vehicle does not justify selling a car that cannot pass inspection or is unsafe to drive. If I had purchased the vehicle while residing in the selling state, this issue would not have been acceptable either. I later spoke with Arthur Pajolek, explained the situation, and he abruptly hung up the phone during the conversation. More
