We already had someone to buy our 2015 Lexus bit if we could get trade in worth the same price even if it was with the tax savings it just makes it easier. They were able to match and we found a nice ivory mkc the wife wanted. The sale process was ehhh the dealership is far from anything nice even if they are remodeling it needed it 20 yrs ago. We asked if a small ding could be popped out with dentless repair which it easily could be and the cracked drodri mirror be replaced. We were assured it would be and the ding would be looked into further with the owner. It seems the owner was on vacation for a week or 2 and there is no one there that is capable to run it or he must micro manage it either way, We were in a hurry to get downtown to meet with family for a event. So we were then shuttled to the finance area which is in another building down the road were we had to kill 45 minutes to finish the paperwork and had no restrooms and seems like this building is under construction or something as well no idea. Sure did not seem at all like a Black label dealer to me. It has has been 3 weeks now and I am not getting any email responses anymore. I got a email that the mirror would cost over 600$ to repair which is outrageous because it was just the glass I searched online and reached out to local dealers and the entire mirror assembly is $600 but the glass is 241$ after tax. So I filled them in on this info and still no word back let alone anything on the ding repair. I know that is going to go no where since they can't fix a mirror. They got a great deal on are trade in and made on this car but it seems once you leave the dealership they no longer care to assist or help. I would highly recommend going else we're to other Lincoln dealers in IL or adventure to Indiana where you will be taken care of better. They could not even find both keys took them almost 2 weeks to mail us the second set. More

Consistently awful service department, worse accountability It's a shame because I really like my car. With any decent level of service, I'd probably buy another one. But the service department here is beyond terrible. They can't even get a basic oil change right. (Was there for 2-1/2 hours with a scheduled appointment! No explanation.) I've taken my new vehicle in for basic fixes, and had to go back every time. I've tried letting them know of my frustrations, they did not care at all. This is an old school kind of dealership. They just want to move units and don't care at all about their customer. Not sure I've ever had an experience like this where I've loved the car and hate the dealership so much. Every visit back has been a terrible experience. Will never go back. More

We looked at a new car on Saturday and started negotiations. On Monday morning we spoke to our salesman. We were told the manager was getting our offer approved by the owner and they soon called us back and said the owner accepted our offer. They even took our credit card for a down payment since we would not be able to get back to the dealership until Tuesday. They called us at the end of the day, around 5 p.m and said the owner sold the car to someone else.This was AFTER we had a deal. We had already made arrangements and spent many hours of our vacation time working on the purchase. On a side note, we had a bad feeling from the minute we walked in the place. The dealership was very run down with overhead lighting burned out, the show room extremely run down, dirty, etc. With several other Lincoln dealers in the area, there is no reason to settle at Ogden. Save yourself the hassle and protect your time and money and shop elsewhere. More

Bought a 1 yr old Black Label MKZ ("like new") from them (sight unseen) for my parents and had it delivered to PA. After making payment, there was no communication regarding transport. Well, no news for 2 weeks and when it finally arrived, the car arrived dead on arrival. They tried to blame it on the transport co. (that they booked), then tried to blame the local Lincoln dealer for doing un-necessary repair. Despite multiple attempts, sales mgr would never call back. To add insult to injury, no owners manuals were delivered with the car and they wouldn't even send out a replacement set (despite saying otherwise). With so much electronics, it is incredibly difficult to navigate the car's features with some documentation. I finally bought a set on Ebay. Writing this so that hopefully others are spared this nightmare dealer experience. More
Even with a deposit and buyer's order - don't count on it! I'm from out of state and was told on a Thursday that used MKZ was available. Salesman sent several pics and we agreed on price. He said if I would send him my credit card info that evening (thursday), he would hold the car and not be sold to anyone else. I sent that to him thursday evening. I applied for the loan at my credit union on Friday. They then charged my credit card for $1,000 and provided a receipt on Saturday. Salesmen texted me the buyer's order on Saturday. I was told by the salesman on Monday that, "oh sorry, another new salesman already sold the car and didn't put it into the system." WOW! Out of state buyers, beware! More

Its been over a year now and I can say it is a pleasure going in for service and having Mike Tau recognize me and willing to talk to me. At my past dealer the salesperson was gone after the first month. Great Job!!! I will be back for another when the time comes. More

I was told by the service dept there was nothing they could do for me and I should call Lincoln. Pretty poor customer service. But after talking with their general manager who was very nice I have changed my opinion. We will see how they resolve this issue.. More
