Poor purchase experience at Ogden Would give this place a zero star if possible. Bought a 1 yr old Black Label MKZ ("like new") from them (sight unseen) for my parents and had it deliv Would give this place a zero star if possible. Bought a 1 yr old Black Label MKZ ("like new") from them (sight unseen) for my parents and had it delivered to PA. After making payment, there was no communication regarding transport. Well, no news for 2 weeks and when it finally arrived, the car arrived dead on arrival. They tried to blame it on the transport co. (that they booked), then tried to blame the local Lincoln dealer for doing un-necessary repair. Despite multiple attempts, sales mgr would never call back. To add insult to injury, no owners manuals were delivered with the car and they wouldn't even send out a replacement set (despite saying otherwise). With so much electronics, it is incredibly difficult to navigate the car's features with some documentation. I finally bought a set on Ebay. Writing this so that hopefully others are spared this nightmare dealer experience. More

Even with a deposit and buyer's order - don't count on it! I'm from out of state and was told on a Thursday that used MKZ was available. Salesman sent several pics and we agreed on price. He said if I would send him my credit card info that evening (thursday), he would hold the car and not be sold to anyone else. I sent that to him thursday evening. I applied for the loan at my credit union on Friday. They then charged my credit card for $1,000 and provided a receipt on Saturday. Salesmen texted me the buyer's order on Saturday. I was told by the salesman on Monday that, "oh sorry, another new salesman already sold the car and didn't put it into the system." WOW! Out of state buyers, beware! More

Great dealer for purchase and service. 2016 MKS I bought my 2016 MKS from Mike Tau. He helped me select the perfect car for me and my family. He steered me to the MKS for its size and awesome price I bought my 2016 MKS from Mike Tau. He helped me select the perfect car for me and my family. Its been over a year now and I can say it is a pleasure going in for service and having Mike Tau recognize me and willing to talk to me. At my past dealer the salesperson was gone after the first month. Great Job!!! I will be back for another when the time comes. More

I was told by the service dept there was nothing they could do for me and I should call Lincoln. Pretty poor customer service. But after talking with their general manager who was very nice I have changed my opinion. We will see how they resolve this issue.. More

Made a bad experience, be easy to maneuver. I bought my first Lincoln at this dealership. Not only was I impressed with Ford motors not asking for a bail out when the economy went flat, but was I bought my first Lincoln at this dealership. Not only was I impressed with Ford motors not asking for a bail out when the economy went flat, but was treated so very well. My car, although 10 years old was a perfect care without a single problem so when it was totaled, I was devistated. I was frustrated trying to find anything without mileage of over 100000 miles. I also wasn't able to get a car for what I lost, even the rental car was awful. I saw a Lincoln that seemed perfect at my dealership, it ticked every box, but was a bit concerned that the mileage was a bit higher than I wanted. The car fax was perfect, always Lincoln maintained and then, I found the owner of the car was previously owned by one of the sales staff. He was so kind in answering all my questions and let me know it just had brakes and tires which were my biggest concern. My car is beautiful, has many upgrades and drive beautify. My new MKZ surely makes up for my parked totaled car! Much thanks to Ted, Carlo and Josh. Actually the staff both dealership and mechanics are wonderful and extremely helpful! You will be pleasantly surprised at the value of their used cars and the beauty and reliability of their new cars! More
