Disappointed I could feel the energy as soon as I got there that this place is full of sharks. They refused to negotiate with me at all. They basically said this is the price, no wiggle room at all, and the price was ridiculous for a lease. I would've had to put down a significant amount to get the price that I want. I said I would shop around some more, and he came back with one of his finance guys, who only knocked it down a small fraction.
