Full circle service This was my first time at Ocean Mazda. While the employees are helpful and friendly, I did not know that Mazda’s “full circle service” does not includ This was my first time at Ocean Mazda. While the employees are helpful and friendly, I did not know that Mazda’s “full circle service” does not include an oil change. Very disappointed as I assumed Ocean Mazda would understand that the word “service” means just that. Perhaps I should have been specific. I called the service department after I collected my car and left a voicemail inquiring about the oil change. Still waiting for them to return my call. I used to take my car to Brickell Mazda and never had to be specific about the word “service”. They always did an oil change when my car went for a “service”. More

I understand you had a recall and many customers showed up to have that checke The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 stars is because of the long wait! I understand you had a recall and many customers showed up to have that checked but I had to wait approximately 4 plus hours for a regular basic service . Rotating the tires and an oil change should not take that long! Again I understand I went on a Saturday morning and it was very busy! I do have to mentioned the personnel were very courteous and friendly. And apologized profusely for the wait! And always checking to see if the client was ok. 👍🏼 Thank you! More
