Dealer said they would detail car before I drove it off the lot, workers did a poor job on cleaning, also they never tried to take out a scuff in the fender of the vehicle. More

They try to sell u services I went there for oil change. Angel is amazing but this time I got some guy who tried to sell me all these things that I didn't need. I said no, after I went there for oil change. Angel is amazing but this time I got some guy who tried to sell me all these things that I didn't need. I said no, after the service and tire rotation, my car started vibrating... I took it back and was told now I needed to balance tires. I had no idea that wasnt included... spoke to manager and he tried very much to help but made it worse. When I explained the other guy told me I needed new wipers, he tried them and they were ok. I was told I needed new air filters and they were barely used. It was still white.... just dusty. As I said, knw wht ure going in for and dont let them try to sell u stuff. More

A REAL GAME CHANGER Came into Ocean Mazda with an open outlook, not looking to buy but more so looking for a car that would appeal to my daughter. I preface this by sta Came into Ocean Mazda with an open outlook, not looking to buy but more so looking for a car that would appeal to my daughter. I preface this by stating that I don't do well with dealers and sales guys. Just looking to get in and out and have an idea to shop elsewhere. Upon entering I was greeted by Osmani Lemos on the sales team and Peter Maytin the Sales General Manager. Osmani and Peter provided a personalized atmosphere addressing my concerns and working with my budgets. Contrary to previous experiences with dealers, there was little to no downtime waiting around for the "Big Guy" for approvals which we hate as consumers. The budgets were there, and they addressed my every concern as if it were their own. With little deliberation, they were able to provide a car for my daughter which she loved, and a package that exceeded my expectations. It was absurd for me not to make the purchase and I am extremely glad I did. I bought a Mazda 3 and am now a member of the "zoom zoom" family. Osmani did a great job of explaining the vehicle to my daughter and Peter oversaw that all the "I's" were dotted and "T's" were crossed. The experience was truly one for the books. So much so, that I will be back in the months to come to purchase my other daughters vehicle at Ocean Mazda. Again and truly amazing experience, from a person that never owned a Mazda previously. It had been a long time since I experienced such great interest, care and cordiality by the Service Dept crew (Joey Tejeda & a young lady who assisted me as I drove into the area - also the girls in the cashier dept., extremely friendly and professional). I was only disappointed with the inventory available in the waiting area. I was looking for 2 items to purchase and found neither: a) a silver shade for my Mazda3 was not available and 2) a cordless bluetooth ear plug) - it would also have been nice to find other good quality auto items. I would say that inventory quality and quantity was mediocre. More
