Every time I’ve had my car in for service, the staff have been courteous, professional, and trustworthy. Not once has a repair or service been recommended that made me feel it was unnecessary or “extra.” As been courteous, professional, and trustworthy. I love my Honda and having Ocean Honda’s professional services in my city is a huge convenience and benefit. More

I have not had any service done there for the past seven years until I went in last week in response to a free oil change, and so far, all I can say is that Ocean Honda has changed from when they were calle years until I went in last week in response to a free oil change, and so far, all I can say is that Ocean Honda has changed from when they were called Community Honda in that they utilize women service reps in the lobby (something Community didn') and the snacks are more varied (used to offer the waiting customers only popcorn). They also put in vending machines. I was told by a customer some time ago when this business operated as Community Honda that every one of those workers (I think he was referring to the technicians) were on drugs. Whether that was true or not, I do not know, but I was informed of that. It doesn't appear to be this way anymore. That is all I have to say. More
