Ocean Honda of Whittier treats its customers with top of the line service. I contacted the service department (Art S.) with my concerns and he immediately provided me with an appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by a service advisor (Luigi P.) who was very professional and listened to my concerns. Luigi then explained, in detail, what the necessary process would entail to resolve any concerns with my 2017 Honda Civic Touring. Service was completed. Communication lines and follow up were average. Concerning that service rep provided me a quote, the day prior to pick up. When arrived to pick up, Communication lines and follow up were average. Concerning that service rep provided me a quote, the day prior to pick up. When arrived to pick up, the quote had increased by $400 more than the original quote. More
