They let test drive a non hybrid car abs the salesman kept saying it’s the same exact car witch it isn’t since it has a different engine. When it came time to finance I was willing to overlook all of this so long as they didn’t play the back and forth game where they pretend to be giving you a great deal every time. I told them I wanted a hybrid CRV. When I arrived it turns out it was in a sister location.... I was ok with this I told them that’s fine, I told them give me the lowest APR off the bat no back and forth and your best price. This guy comes back with a sheet that doesn't even have the total cost. The APR he gave me was almost 10% I showed him the promo and he looked confused. I left. You should too. I made it really easy and they bait and switched. More

Drove 78 miles to get there to buy the car, and was told the quote was incorrect, and they added over $4,000! I asked how can this possibly be and the reply was oops it was a mistake on their part, sorry. Never any remorse or effort to honor and take responsibility for what they quoted. Print outs, emails and texts were provided and still, "sorry buddy you need to buy the car at this new price!!" To Ivonne Apolinar in Internet Sales and Mario Castillo in Store Sales, and especially Tony the Sales Manager, your actions are unprofessional, indefensible and show poorly of your character. You must make profits by ripping off the lower middle class immigrant population in your neighborhood, people who do not understand your arbitrary market adjustments, hyper inflated dealer addons as well as garbage extended warranties. To anyone considering this dealership, Caveat Emptor! or alternatively "cuidado por parte del comprador!" They are dishonest crooks. More

Glad even though I was tired I still was in my right mind to know when they want to be what every customer hates....the shady deal! Not only they added literally $2000 more market adjustment price than in the email I had...they wanted to put $4000 in additional add-ons for a car that hasn't landed at the dealership! So moral of the story...even when you get it in writing...do NOT come to this dealership. More

We went to Honda of Huntington Beach and worked with Gilbert to get a good and fair deal that worked for us and the dealership. First Honda in Simi Valley is also a great place to go - but never, ever Ocean Honda in Whittier! More

Saw a used Honda Civic on their website, and in 1 day I drove off the lot! Service was absolutely fantastic. Once it came time to go into the finance office, I was taken care of by Vince Coronel. He was fantastic! He explained everything that I was signing multiple times for me and made sure I felt comfortable during the whole process. Both gentleman walked me out to my new car and made sure I was all set up with everything so needed. I cannot recommend Ocean Honda of Whittier enough. More

Let me tell you that this dealer has got some of the worst employees and customer service out there. I took a meeting with David who called me just to tell me he would call me back 15 minutes later to g worst employees and customer service out there. He then had his assistant Val call me to interrogate me about other quotes that I've received. ...Why are you worrying so much about your competition? And why are you calling me back, where's David? She persists on trying to get me to come down to the dealership when I told her that I only want to come down to write a check and drive off with the vehicle, especially with the resurgence of the pandemic. Mid sentence Val cuts me off and puts me on hold while I was explaining to her that David was supposed to be calling me to give me pricing not to harass me about pricing from other dealerships. I get on the phone with David and one of the first things he says to me is "I tried calling you a few times you didn't answer". wait.. LOL. are you joking??? Where can I attach an image of my call logs because this all happened literally in the span of an hour and a half and no David.... you didn't call me and on top of that you had your assistant Val call me (btw she's really moody and I had to ask several times before she disclosed her name because she knew she gave a really poor customer service experience). We go back and forth but long story short he quotes me an out the door price of over 30 grand for a 2020 Honda Accord Sport 1.5cvt. LOL man these workers are clowns, if you're at all an educated buyer please save yourself the energy and take your business elsewhere. These guys will pull every trick in the book, shady, sleazy salesmen. On top of that I have a quote in writing from these guys for $24,600. Truly an incredible experience for all the wrong reasons. This is by far the worst car dealership ever! I purchased my car last year in March so my car is less than 2 years old with only 24000 miles on it. I get into my car one morning and all my light in my car are going off I take it to the dealership and they tell me that my fuel injector needs to be cleaned out and its going to be over $300 to have it cleaned and they aren't even sure if that is the problem they would need to do that step first in order to further diagnose the problem. I then speak to the so called service manager name Gary and let me start off by saying I don't know how someone that talks like him even is a manager in the first place he was completely rude on the phone. "He has the nerve to tell me then come get your xxxx car!!" I went and picked up my car and they bring my car out to me and all of a sudden all my lights are off in car after they told me that I had put bad gas into my car. Let me just throw this out there as well I have another car same year same everything except that its a sport and mine is a EX-L and I put the same type of gas in that car and have never had any problems with it. They've lost a good customer along with everyone that came along with them. My mom was due to turn in her lease as well and I told her DO NOT go to this dealership at all they do not deserve our business! More
