Where to begin well to start I like my car and the salesman were ok until it came time for repairs,I purchased a used 2018 HRV and it had some things wrong like a broken cup holder,broken drivers sun salesman were ok until it came time for repairs,I purchased a used 2018 HRV and it had some things wrong like a broken cup holder,broken drivers sun visor tires with about %10 tread left and it turns out mismatched front tires as in the front left just says the size and not even a brand and the right shows a brand name but not one recognized by me and the back two tires are matching Michelin so my thinking is that the front two are used tires but anyhow about the broken items I mentioned these to the salesman and he said that and I quote "bring it into the service department and we'll take care of it all" well I brought it in 3 days later and was told that none of it was covered and they would not repair it under the 90 day warranty that came with the car and I'd have to pay for parts and labor so I paid over $100 for the sun visor but not charged labor to install but the cupholder was over $450 so can't afford that and cant afford tires right now so for now i am stuck,once I got the car home and started driving it I noticed a rattling coming from the back end and have taken it to get serviced 5 times and one of those times they kept it for over a week and the rattle is still there ,I was told it is not a safety issue and they have replaced all the parts they can but the rattle will apparently always be there,my problem is that they sold a car with tires that were barely good like barely good %10 or less tread left and mis matched possibly usws tires in the front and broken items inside so it seems no inspection was done prior to selling the car to me other than detailing the car More

OCEAN HONDA CUSTOMERS BEWARE I'am leaving one star just to let you all know what kind of a dealership you are dealing with. I took my Odyssey in for service, they said it it was due for a multi point insp to let you all know what kind of a dealership you are dealing with. I took my Odyssey in for service, they said it it was due for a multi point inspection. In May 2022 my car is 2014 with 24,591 miles. this supposed work order turned out to be $656.13. This Oct. 2022 for my registration I had to have a smog check. The smog guy looked into the engine and said your car need wiper fluid, oil, coolant and hoses. Mileage at this time was 26,119 miles. He recommended a very reputable independent mechanic, after I told him of all the work that Ocean Honda supposedly did. I went to this mechanic in La Habra, fantastic, he walked me through the entire car, hardly any oil, hardly any coolant, broken hose to windshield wiper tank, no fluid in washer tank. in cabin air filter solid black, probably the original from when we bought the car. As we had always taken the car to Honda for all its services. The engine motor filter also black like goo all over it with tons of bugs and just grunge, probably the original on that filter as well. This mechanic even too pictures. I went to Honda to see the manager as he was going to be there. Oh shock, he left for out of town. Some woman Crystal said we had to deal with her. She stated they didn't do any of that, even though it is on our receipt. Would not look at paper work or parts. Turned her back on us and told us to leave, very rude. Totally blew us off, said I'am not going to continue to deal with you. Crystal also said they were not responsible or would not return any money. Looks like they take your money and don't do the work, with these newer type cars, being covered in plastic we have no idea if they did the work or not. Let this a warning to everyone who goes to this dealership, the manager was hiding in his office as she said, and they don't do the work they charge you for TOTAL SCAM DON'T TAKE A CHANCE More
Don’t purchase or lease from this dealer… lease two cars from here and when one of the lease was maturing when In to refinance the car to purchase it… was told they would honor tha pay off of the car which from here and when one of the lease was maturing when In to refinance the car to purchase it… was told they would honor tha pay off of the car which was $13,878.. when they came back with the final numbers the 13,878 became $34,000!!! I have excellent credit so this was just them trying to scam me… I will be filing a complaint with there corporate office and with the BBB… please be careful when you come here… they will take advantage of you if you don’t know what to look for..
