Took a couple of times for service department to figure out problem with car which I would rate a 2. The service manager had it checked properly to approved replacement.. I was so comfortable with my service I was able to walk out with a brand new 2025 Honda HRV and so happy with my decision as they guided me every step of the way I highly recommend coming here if you plan on buying or leasing any Honda which I prefer than any other cars you will get the service that you want plus more thank you once again Honda and Mario for my wonderful experience and I will definitely be back. I was told the oil change will be about an hour. Took two hours and a half when I picked up my vehicle low tire pressure came on. I got my air conditioner service. It works great, so yes I would recommend you for air conditioning but my axles broken on my car the first time it was five years it broke and it was It works great, so yes I would recommend you for air conditioning but my axles broken on my car the first time it was five years it broke and it was under warranty for 60,000 miles but they didn’t tell me is it was 60,000 miles or five years so my second one is on me at the tune of $800 not so happy about that it would’ve been nice to know.
