Ive only been here a handful of times if you have an appointment the wait time to get checked in isnt bad. You have to tell them whats wrong with the vehicle and even then they get it wrong. Went in for them to replace the battery and asked them if the radio worked they just turned it on and didnt check the volume and said the radio worked. I was how can we fix the radio they said have to bring it back in and pay the diagnostic fee. My honda sense got broken had to pay an arm and a leg for it. A new windshield cost an arm and a leg. Theyre fast when it comes to fixing recalls and hopefully they actually fix them. The people dont harrass you trying to sell you a car on the lot but since covid that hasnt been a thing. I didnt like that a sales person called me and want me to do a buy back of my vehicle. More

I recently had a mixed experience at Ocean Honda. The sales team left much to be desired—they were unhelpful, pushy, and didn’t seem to prioritize customer satisfaction. It felt more like they were focused on closing a deal rather than understanding my needs. However, the service and parts department was a completely different story. The team there was professional, attentive, and incredibly efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was taken care of, and their knowledge really stood out. If you’re looking to buy a car, I’d suggest being cautious with the sales process, but if you need service or parts, this is the place to go. It’s clear that the service team takes pride in their work, and it truly shows. More
