I won't be returning to this dealership for future service. I was 15 minutes early to my service and the 3rd vehicle in line to be checked in. Since more vehicles were entering the line, an employee d service. I was 15 minutes early to my service and the 3rd vehicle in line to be checked in. Since more vehicles were entering the line, an employee directed me to move my vehicle to another line/lane. Because of that, all the vehicles after me and even the vehicles behind me were checked in first. The fact the the vehicles behind me were checked in first made absolutely no sense. I had to get out of my vehicle for someone to come help me. I noticed the vehicles are given numbers in a sequence and I told the girl that took my information that I was the 3rd car in line. She proceeded to tell me that the other cars will go before me since that is the order they were checked in. Don't bother showing up early, it is pointless. They could care less what number in line you are in. The dealership itself is small, old and runned down looking. I only came here because it is closer to my home than the nicer Honda dealerships....big mistake. More
Honda of Carlsbad said my broken A/C was not under warranty and estimated the repair at 3K. While Ocean fixed in for no cost. Great efficient and honest staff. Will recommend to others.
