Been coming for years but after new owner had not been the same. Had repairs done to my doors and after exactly one year the repairs failed and of course it is out of warranty and they will not do anythin the same. It took 4 hrs for my oil change & brake inspection when I was told 2 hrs. Then I was told two different pricings by Luigi & Nori. The attitude from Nori was underwhelming. At the end I decided not to get my was told 2 hrs. Then I was told two different pricings by Luigi & Nori. The attitude from Nori was underwhelming. At the end I decided not to get my brakes serviced because I was frustrated by the excessive wait time’s & unwillingness to properly help. It seemed Nori pushed back my paperwork when I just wanted to get my car & leave. Terrible experience overall More

I do not recommend Was told the windshield wiper dispenser was ordered and arrived for me prior to my visit but when I showed up they did not have it and told me it would be $457 to replace and woul dispenser was ordered and arrived for me prior to my visit but when I showed up they did not have it and told me it would be $457 to replace and would have to order it. Why didn’t they tell me that when I made my appointment? Also, twice in the past they forgot to tell me my car was ready and I saw people come and go and when I went to ask they’d say, “it’s been ready for over an hour with no apology”. And this is after 2-2.5 hours. I sit in the waiting room right next to their desks. There’s no way I missed that TWO TIMES. And, they don’t know about discounts for car docs. Had to replace a couple of things and had to pull up proof that I get a discount on services with car doc. More
