They used to be good now it just takes so long to do anything even with an appointment. They service rep kept trying to convince me not to leave my car in to get checked because they couldn’t do anythi anything even with an appointment. They service rep kept trying to convince me not to leave my car in to get checked because they couldn’t do anything because my cars system needed to be reset so it could pass smog. Luckily I left it and they reset it. Still cost me 225 and I had a coupon which they at first didnt want to take because it wasn’t on a “repair” but coupon says service so they took it anyway. I wish they wouldn’t have those commercials that say they’re helpful. They are not. More
