Ocean Honda of Whittier quickly got me in for a service appointment on the same day when my new 2024 Civic Touring was showing warnings about the parking sensor and braking system. When I phoned to mak appointment on the same day when my new 2024 Civic Touring was showing warnings about the parking sensor and braking system. When I phoned to make an appointment, I was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful woman who quickly scheduled me an appointment within the next 30 minutes. When I arrived at the dealership, I was helped by Alex. I showed him the warning messages my car was indicating and he took down all the information. He told me he would have the technicians check out my car and that he would need the car for a few hours. Alex kept me up to date by phone with what the issue was with my car and what was being done by the service department to fix it. Three hours later, I had my car back, the problem was corrected, and a new part was ordered to prevent the issue from happening again. More
