They used to be good now it just takes so long to do anything even with an appointment. They service rep kept trying to convince me not to leave my car in to get checked because they couldn’t do anythi anything even with an appointment. Luckily I left it and they reset it. Still cost me 225 and I had a coupon which they at first didnt want to take because it wasn’t on a “repair” but coupon says service so they took it anyway. I wish they wouldn’t have those commercials that say they’re helpful. They are not. More

Unfortunately their service department is just as bad as their sales department. I took in my Honda CRV for 3 specific things- alignment, code diagnostic, & AC check. The woman who checked me in was rude, s their sales department. I took in my Honda CRV for 3 specific things- alignment, code diagnostic, & AC check. The woman who checked me in was rude, short, and already trying to set the expectation that I was going to spend more than I'd hoped for. They quoted till the end of the day for an update. Day one no call. Day 2 we decided to call them to get an update, and the same woman was rude, condescending, and had a "don't give a xxxx" attitude. Upon our call they fixed the alignment, "read" the codes, and didn't check the AC. They then started quoting us on work that we didn't ask to be checked or done. We explained that we brought the car in for specific inspection check and the lady flat out ignored our concern at the request. We decided this wouldn't be a good fit after all and said we'd be back to pick up the car the next day. When my husband showed up to get the car he was again met with attitude and complete unprofessionalism, told to wait even longer for our vehicle before he could pick it up. Upon check out we presented an inspection coupon, listed on their website, and the lady completely denied it since it wasn't presented "at write up". I would never suggest someone I care about come here and be taken advantage of or waste their time. The ladies name was Nori, and I highly suggest you steer clear of her. More
