I had a 9 am reservation for a minor service and trans fluid change. I arrived on time and also asked to have the auto restart brake switch adjusted so it was less sensitive. After 6 hours they finally c fluid change. I arrived on time and also asked to have the auto restart brake switch adjusted so it was less sensitive. After 6 hours they finally completed the service but didn't get to the auto restart switch. They wanted me to wait up to another 1/2 hour for that but I didn't have anymore time available and had to take my car and leave. My reservation apparently meant nothing as I'm sure some without reservations who arrived after me got their work done before me. I was one of the last customers there when I left and people were arriving most of the time I was there. I have been a solid customer here for over 20 years, I have bought 3 cars here, and always service them here. I used to get very good service and lots of complimentary discounts because of my service record. But everything changed after Ocean took over the dealership. This experience matches with other reviews I have read on Yelp and other places. I will be taking my business to another dealership from now on. More

After a frustrating week of searching for a good price at other dealerships i went to Ocean Honda in Whittier.
