Every single time I come to this dealership something is not done correctly on my vehicle. This time that I went it took two hours for an oil change and It was a huge inconvenience because I was not able to not done correctly on my vehicle. I had a terrible experience with the service department. I brought my car in for a recall appointment scheduled at 10 AM and was told it would be ready by 2 PM, with updates along the way—but I never receiv I brought my car in for a recall appointment scheduled at 10 AM and was told it would be ready by 2 PM, with updates along the way—but I never received any communication. Since I don’t live in Capitola, I had to spend hours walking around waiting. When I returned at 3 PM, I was then told my car wouldn’t be ready until 6 PM. I explained that I needed to pick up my kids from daycare by 4 PM and that traffic back to Watsonville was already getting bad. After expressing my frustration, they rushed and gave me my car about 20 minutes later—but it was exactly how I left it. It didn’t appear that any work had been done or even started. I left extremely upset and disappointed. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning. More
