He was very professional/attentive/nice/knowledgeable from the beginning. Initially, I spoke to a couple different people from there, but he was the 3rd person I spoke with and he took charge. Well I went to change my oil. I had a coupon for 74.99 A new car and they told me I had to do alignment and change the air filter.
