We got to work with Chip again which we were really happy about. We didn't even realize it right away but we ended up going there the same day that we had bought our car the year before! While we didn't end up getting a car this time around we had just as good of an experience as last time. I have bought and sold more than 200 cars in my lifetime and I have purchased many many vehicles at dealerships. It was nice to have a honest transaction at a place that was not predatory and that would rather make a deal that was acceptable to the customer rather than trying to bully their way into the customers pocket with front end xx products and fake xx discounts that you "don't qualify for". Nobody appreciates that and it's a horrible way to treat a customer. They found a way to get me what I wanted for my trade by using rebates and vehicle discount rather than haggling with me to get the very most they could have. That's a good way to do business and I will certainly go there first for my next Kia purchase. Also, my sales person was very friendly and didn't try to use even one annoying word track sales approach with me. More
