Horrible customer service in their service department. They don't do what they say they do and make you wait over an hour for an oil change. like you have nothing else to do. Chris the manager was RUDE and very Unprofessional and basically called my husband a liar. Will never go back and will encourage people not to spend their money at Jack Miller. I will take my car for any service that is needed to Shawnee Mission Kia. I will not tolerate being treated like that. I am the customer and the service department at Jack Miller needs to remember that the customer is the one that pays the bills. More

I had a very pleasant experience with the folks at Jack Miller in North Town. They where respectful of my time and I did not feel like I was getting the games that many times you feel like dealerships play Miller in North Town. I had a month payment range that I had to stay within and they did not push my limits. I was able to get into a 2013 Kia Forte with more things then what I expected and was able to get a monthly payment that was in the middle of my range instead of at the top if it.
