I took I bought a 2011 Kia Rio5 Sx from Jack Miller Kia in Dec.2014, and was very happy. Then in June 2015 my Kia started running rough, little power. I took it to Jack Miller, and they told me two of the spark plugs and coils were burned out. The service guy told me that has spark plugs good for 30,000 miles. When I bought this car it had a little over 38,000 miles on it. I feel Jack Miller Kia should have checked this car out before ever putting it on the sales lot. The tune up cost me $207.00. Luckily the coils were covered by warranty. Now less than two weeks later, the engine light is back on. Amazing Experience! I have purchased three cars previously from another dealer who is actually located just across the street from me in another city. Each time, their te I have purchased three cars previously from another dealer who is actually located just across the street from me in another city. Each time, their terms have gotten marginally better. This time, the best offer they could give me really didn't feel like much of an improvement. I'm a single mom & work over 50-60 hours a week sometimes just to make ends meet. Having a little bit extra cash in my pocket each month is huge for me. Anyway, I called Jack Miller & told them what the other dealership was offering & asked if they could do anything better. Why drive out of town, if there's no need to, right? I spoke with Sal & Deanna. They were both so super personable & bubbly, I really thought I was getting greased up. However, a few days later, when I finally drove up to NKC to see if they could make good on their promises, they did! They were able to give me THOUSANDS more for my trade-in, 4 points lower on my interest rate, and extra $1000 on my rebates, and a lower down payment. I'm not kidding. It had sounded too good to be true, but what is sad is that the other guys just had me thinking I couldn't do better than their offer. Jack Miller is amazing! I will make that drive again & again (and with my kid getting older, I'm sure it's just going to come sooner than later). Moreover, there was another sames person there when I was ready to drive away, and Sal had been pulled away to help another customer. Even though I wasn't his sale, Tom sat in my new car with me for at least twenty minutes going over all its options & helping me get everything set-up just right for my comfort. They really are a great group of people! More
