Easy, stress free! I already did all the research before going to the Kia dealership. I was approached by Terry Houghton and explained all of that to him. I then told him which three cars I wanted to drive and he did exactly what I asked. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I made a selection that visit and went back two days later to sign paperwork and drive away with my new Kia! I would go back again! More

Totaled my old car. Next day Kia had me in a brand new model Quickly to assist me in lot. Very polite, not pushing me into what I don't want.
