We were at the dealership for about 4 hours and completed purchase of a new vehicle. We were pressured to buy additional things which is typical but still annoying. We had to go back to the dealership several times to correct paperwork mistakes, during which time we got conflicting information from different employees which made it clear they did not know their processes. I had to call the dealership to find out our title was ready for pickup, and upon arriving and asking questions about out of state registration an employee was rude and refused to explain how the process worked. Overall not a pleasant buying experience. More

I purchased a truck with a bed cover. I asked the salesman if it was in good condition! He assured me it was. It was dark out by the time we finished! I found a piece of black duct tape l I asked the salesman if it was in good condition! He assured me it was. It was dark out by the time we finished! I found a piece of black duct tape later covering the whole! I went back and was told it was my problem! They actually thought about taking it off!! The manger was less than caring he sold it that way!! I was also not aware they charged a 4500.00 financing fee till it was all done. The financing drug on for hours!! They pushed hard to add things on! I felt frustrated but more anger at the whole deal! I now am waiting for the tire sensors to be replaced!! More
