Oakes at Pleasanton has great customer service. Our 2025 Ford Explorer would not start. Two servicemen came within an hour or two to our house from us calling and jump started & took to their shop. Purchased warranty with the purchase so a used car . Engine went bad. Warranty would not pay. Stated it was a limited warranty policy. Go figure. Kris tried his best and did an as acceptable job trying to get it resolved. I asked for the sales manager to call and she did. She explained that the regional manager or maybe the manager overseeing the dealerships would call me after they met and discussed the issue. Never heard a word from anyone else. So, I would think that if the oaks dealerships are selling Endurance extended warranty. They should stand up when endurance won’t pay. It shouldn’t matter what the fine print says. I was a loyal customer and I maintained my vehicle very well at that dealership. I even tried to by a new F 250 truck there from a different salesman. Told him if he could find one with the heads-up display option, I would order it. Never got back with me . So, I’m done. Trayton Pitts More
I was really impressed with our experience with Oakes Ford. I’ve only ever purchased vehicles from a group of dealerships local to us. Cory was attentive to my questions and the back and forth via e-mail and phone. He made what felt like a fair deal in trade and purchase. I was majorly impressed with the vehicle being ready when I pulled in from a three hour road trip to pick it up. He had everything as promised completed and all the paperwork was ready to go. Ambre was super helpful in getting all of the paperwork signed and completed and the entire team overall was extremely friendly and kind to both me and my two little girls who made the long trip with me. I would definitely make the 6 hour trek to do business again in the future More
