Fast friendly service! They keep you informed on the service they are providing on your vehicle. They never act They are bothered by me asking questions.
Oakes at Pleasanton has great customer service. Our 2025 Ford Explorer would not start. Two servicemen came within an hour or two to our house from us calling and jump started & took to their shop.
So easy to work with, and they have wonderful customer service! Cody Beckman is great!
